Krieger + Schramm

Krieger + Schramm relies on Microsoft Teams room systems to further optimize digitalization and collaboration across the various locations.

FORTÉ was commissioned to plan a suitable standard solution and to install and commission the new conference room technology. The requirement was to identify a Teams-certified solution that could be used in various room sizes and offered an optimum balance between performance and budget. The MVC series from the manufacturer Yealink was selected as the ideal solution. This meant that Yealink MVC 300, Yealink MVC 500 and Yealink MVC 800 video conferencing systems could be implemented.

Interactive collaboration as a requirement

For the professional real estate developers and builders, interactive collaboration on large plans was another important requirement for the work processes at Krieger + Schramm. For this reason, in addition to the Microsoft Teams room systems (MTR), interactive Avocor displays were also included in the concept. The Avocor displays of the E series now enable the joint processing of plan statuses. This collaboration works together in the room but also across multiple locations via the Microsoft Teams platform.

Nationwide installations

In a roll-out that was closely coordinated and planned with the customer, the experienced FORTÉ media technology teams installed and commissioned Krieger + Schramm’s nationwide locations. This involved working hand in hand with Krieger + Schramm’s internal IT department and laying the foundations for the operation of the Microsoft Teams room systems (MTR). Business locations in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Kassel/Lohfelden and Dingelstädt were part of this fantastic project.
