As Team Leader Media Technology Installation, you will lead our technical team in day-to-day operations, ensure the highest quality standards and be present where solutions become visible – at the customer’s premises. You will take responsibility for smooth processes, manage construction sites and lend a hand yourself. You combine specialist knowledge and drive with leadership and become the anchor that reliably leads projects to success – for customers, the team and the company. It is not important whether you have already had an official management role – your experience as a media technician, your drive and your desire for development make you the ideal candidate to take the step into management with us.
 

Your tasks as Team Leader Media Technology Installation

• Lead and support your team: you will take on the technical and disciplinary management of our media technicians, ensure clear processes and encourage the further development of each individual.
• Safe quality at the highest level: you inspect work, consistently enforce standards and are responsible for compliance with quality and safety guidelines on construction sites.
• Take on responsibility in major projects: As a site manager, you coordinate internal and external specialists, carry out acceptance tests and ensure smooth implementation.
• Stay hands-on: In addition to the control system, you will also get to grips with installations yourself – from Microsoft Teams Rooms to LED walls.
• Be the escalation anchor: In critical situations, you make decisions, find solutions and keep the project on track.
• Shape development: You create action and training plans, accompany onboarding and create an environment in which your team can grow.

 

Your profile – what sets you apart

• Several years of experience in media technology (audio/video technology, network integration or similar)
• Ideally initial experience in managing or coordinating technical teams or construction sites – or the motivation to take this next step
• Strong quality awareness, assertiveness and pleasure in setting standards
• Technical understanding of modern AV systems and the ability to communicate knowledge clearly
• Structured, independent way of working and team player mentality
• Class B driver’s license and willingness to work frequently throughout Germany (including overnight stays)
• Very good German and good English skills
