As a media technician in the Technical Management department, you will be responsible for the entire conference and media technology directly at a fixed customer site in Herzogenaurach. You will ensure that processes run smoothly, identify problems at an early stage and find solutions before they become an obstacle. You will combine technical expertise with a service-oriented approach and be a reliable point of contact – for customers, colleagues and external partners.
 

Your tasks as a media technician

• Take responsibility for the customer’s media technology: You will carry out system maintenance, health checks and security checks and take care of trouble shooting as well as 2nd and 3rd level incident management.
• Keep systems up to date: you update software, adapt technical setups and ensure stable operation.
• Coordinate AV installations: You plan the relocation of video conferencing systems, carry out technical acceptance tests and ensure quality.
• Work in a network: You coordinate with service providers and suppliers, document processes and ensure clean reporting and inventory management.

• You have experience in dealing with media technology, event technology or network technology – ideally in the area of interference suppression.
• You work in a customer-oriented manner, communicate clearly and impress with your commitment.
• You are structured, solution-oriented and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• You have a very good command of German and English – for confident communication in a technical environment.
