As an event technician in the Event Support department, working for a permanent customer on site in Herzogenaurach, you will ensure that meetings and events – whether on site or virtual – run smoothly from a technical perspective and leave a lasting impression. You combine technical know-how with service orientation and are a reliable point of contact for customers, colleagues and external partners. With your flair for detail and your professional demeanor, you create the perfect setting for sophisticated events.
 

Your tasks as an event technician

• Responsibility for the technical implementation of events and meetings – with direct customer contact and an open ear for high demands
• Support for demanding users in the use of complex video, media and event technology (audio, video, lighting)
• Systematic troubleshooting and rapid rectification of faults – including conversion and optimization of media technology systems

 

Your profile – what sets you apart

• Sound experience in dealing with event technology – especially in sound or video technology
• Training or professional experience as an event technology specialist, AV technician, media technician or audio engineer
• Knowledge of network technology and virtual platforms is an advantage – but not a must
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
