The international law firm McDermott Will & Emery commissioned FORTÉ to equip the conference rooms with media technology at its Frankfurt am Main location. The client placed particular emphasis on implementing the existing standards that were already in use in the conference rooms at other locations. In Frankfurt, several floors of the new office were equipped with new media technology. Modern media technology was integrated into several meeting rooms, lounge areas and a large divisible “multi-purpose room”.

A particular highlight is the multi-purpose room in Frankfurt with 4 interactive displays, high-end sound reinforcement from QSC, Shure microphones and Crestron control technology. The other areas were furnished on the basis of the aforementioned manufacturers. The Crestron media control system is controlled by the user using iPads. The Logitech video conferencing systems in the conference rooms are optimized for use with the Zoom video conferencing platform. The customer uses Holzmedia media steles as media furniture.

FORTÉ provided the entire scope of project management, installation, audio programming, programming of the media controls, commissioning and handover to the customer’s managers. Despite the challenges and difficult conditions during the coronavirus crisis, FORTÉ implemented the project without delays and to the customer’s satisfaction.
