As an IT specialist for system integration, you will work directly at the customer’s site in Frankfurt city center. Together with your team, you will look after the media technology and video conferencing systems in the building and ensure smooth operation. You combine technical expertise with a service-oriented approach and actively shape digital collaboration – reliably, solution-oriented and forward-looking.
 

Your tasks as an IT specialist for system integration

• Technical support for media technology and video conferencing systems – especially in the Microsoft Teams environment
• Carrying out health checks, preventive maintenance and system updates
• Assisting with the introduction, configuration and installation of new media technology systems and IT solutions
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, system manuals and user guides
• Communication and coordination with the customer and their internal IT and service organizations

 

Your profile – what sets you apart

• Training or studies in the field of computer science, IT system integration, network technology or similar
• Confident handling of Windows clients and basic knowledge of network technologies (e.g. IP, VLAN, DHCP)
• Ideally experience with media technology, unified communications or AV/IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Cisco)
• Knowledge of managed services and ITIL-based processes is an advantage
• Customer-oriented work, good communication skills and very good German language skills
