At the heart of this SMART OFFICE solution in Frankfurt is the Thing-it software platform for intelligent buildings
Bene’s showroom in Frankfurt is the first step for the roll-out of the SMART OFFICE solution at other international Bene locations.
At the heart of the SMART OFFICE solution is the Thing-it software platform for intelligent buildings. The solution was supplemented with various IoT sensors to create a holistic user experience in the showroom.
Users and visitors to the showroom in Frankfurt will be able to experience various use cases in the new workplace concept “THE CORE by Bene”.
Workstations and meeting rooms can be booked intuitively via smartphone app or on the digital signage display. Sensors measure the current occupancy and show the occupancy status live on the display or the aggregated data in dashboards. This allows ongoing conclusions to be drawn about the use of the space in Frankfurt.
By positioning themselves in the space, visitors receive added-value information directly on their smartphones, colleagues can be located (after GDPR-compliant confirmation) and meeting points can be found quickly using indoor navigation.
The COVID-19 protection measures in the Thing-it platform are active and there is a modern temperature scanner at the entrance to the area, which also kindly encourages visitors to wear a mask.
Bene, FORTÉ and Thing-it will also offer the SMART OFFICE solutions to interested joint customers in the future as part of the partnership.
You are welcome to visit the showroom in Frankfurt. If you are interested, we invite you to a live experience of the modern office and working world.
