Eintracht Frankfurt LED board at Deutsche Bank Park Stadium

Eintracht Frankfurt’s home matches are played at Deutsche Bank Park. The club wants to offer all visitors and fans an outstanding experience in the stadium. In addition to the unique atmosphere, the topic of digitalization naturally also plays a decisive role. To this end, Eintracht has launched the Arena of IoT and is actively involved in the Techquartier in Frankfurt am Main.

Media technology plays a major role in Frankfurt

But media technology also plays a major role in digitalization. The stadium LED cube was installed in Deutsche Bank Park some time ago. Now Eintracht Frankfurt has set another milestone in terms of the digital experience for visitors:

FORTÉ was commissioned with the planning and installation of the LED upper tier strip in the stadium. A double LED board now adorns the upper tiers of the arena over more than 870 running meters. The LED boards are among the largest digital display systems in the Bundesliga. Naturally, the leading LED panels from Eintracht partner LG were used. The FORTÉ team was responsible for planning the implementation and, together with the Eintracht team, for coordinating the various preliminary services.

Despite the difficult conditions caused by the coronavirus pandemic and long delivery times, the project was successfully implemented. The club now uses the LED boards for match-related information and, of course, for the prominent display of Eintracht’s various sponsors in the Frankfurt stadium.
