As system integrator, FORTÉ has successfully upgraded the Sky Office Düsseldorf of Allianz RE (now“PIMCO“) to a smart building. The scope of the integration included the installation of a new building IT infrastructure, the integration of various sensors and the central data aggregation in a Building Operating System (BOS). The Sky Office is one of the most striking properties in Düsseldorf on Kennedydamm, has more than 10,000 square meters of gross floor space and is home to numerous well-known companies.
