Recognizing the need for a partner with proven expertise in <strong>AV integration<\/strong>, the Institute recently worked with <strong>FORT\u00c9<\/strong> to launch this transformation. <\/p>\n<p><strong>FORT\u00c9<\/strong>, known for their expertise in <strong>AV solutions<\/strong>, approached the project by conducting a thorough needs analysis. The goal was to create a <strong>seamlessly integrated conference environment<\/strong> that would support on-site guests, remote participants and speakers alike. This included the design of advanced media technology for <strong>two hybrid seminar rooms<\/strong>, a <strong>professional studio<\/strong> and sophisticated <strong>sound reinforcement technology<\/strong> in the foyer.  <\/p>\n<p>A key element of the project was the installation of a <strong>9.6 meter wide Fine Pitch LED wall<\/strong>, which provides a dynamic platform for various presentations. This was complemented by a <strong>fully automated streaming setup<\/strong> with <strong>Tricaster systems<\/strong>, ensuring reliable and high-quality transmissions. Precision in audio transmission was achieved through careful calibration of the <strong>beamsteering sound reinforcement system<\/strong> to ensure optimal performance. <\/p>\n<p>The result is a seminar center that effectively supports hybrid events and provides a cohesive and enhanced experience for all participants. <strong>Centralized control<\/strong> facilitates efficient management and underlines the success of the project in enhancing the institute&#8217;s seminar capabilities. This collaboration reflects <strong>FORT\u00c9<\/strong> &#8216;s commitment to providing innovative solutions and highlights the positive impact of this joint effort on hybrid seminar delivery, contributing to the continuous evolution in the field of legal education. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights of the technology installed<\/strong> The following are some of the key highlights of the technology installed in the Hybrid Seminar Center of the German Lawyers&#8217; Institute. These features have been carefully selected and integrated to provide a first-class experience for all users: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seamless integration of all media technology into sophisticated architecture:<\/strong> The design ensures that all technical components are unobtrusively integrated into the aesthetics of the building, providing a clean and professional appearance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>9.6 m wide Fine Pitch LED wall as a multifunctional presentation surface and stage backdrop from Infiled:<\/strong> This large LED wall serves multiple purposes, including presentations, video displays and as a dynamic backdrop for events.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fully automated streaming environment based on Tricaster systems:<\/strong> The streaming setup enables high-quality live broadcasts and recordings with minimal manual intervention.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IP-based transmission of all audio and video signals:<\/strong> This modern approach ensures reliable and high-quality signal transmission throughout the building.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scene-based, fully automated routing and processing of all signals based on NVX, Dante and NDI:<\/strong> This system enables flexible and efficient management of audio and video signals based on predefined scenes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Studio lighting system including flexible ceiling track system with pantographs:<\/strong> The lighting system offers versatile options for different types of events and recordings and ensures optimum lighting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Precise, digitally controlled beamsteering sound reinforcement from Pan Acoustics:<\/strong> This advanced sound reinforcement system delivers clear and focused sound to specific areas and enhances the listening experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Central control room for controlling the entire seminar center from one location:<\/strong> This centralized approach enables efficient monitoring and control of all AV systems within the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As hybrid events became more prominent during the pandemic, it was imperative to revitalize the seminar center and adapt to these evolving formats.
